Review by hotel critic
As an art historian with a penchant for historical architecture, staying at Pigeon Hotel Cappadocia was an absolute dream come true. The way to the hotel, nestled in Uchisar, felt like a journey through time, with the ancient surroundings adding a sense of wonder to my stay. The rooms, soundproofed to perfection, provided a peaceful sanctuary, allowing me to immerse myself fully in the history and beauty of Cappadocia. One of the highlights for me was the charming terrace, where I spent mornings sipping on tea and coffee, surrounded by the breathtaking views of Pigeon Valley. The garden furniture added a touch of elegance, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the free toiletries to the electric kettle in my room, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as it was luxurious. The hospitality at Pigeon Hotel was unparalleled. The hosts, Ibrahim and Eser, went above and beyond to make me feel like a part of their extended family. Their recommendations for local restaurants like Elai and ArdIc, just a stone's throw away, added a culinary delight to my stay.
